Please note: There is an ongoing construction site nearby the villa which may cause occasional noise during your stay. The current rate already includes a discount to reflect this.

Security Deposit (Bond):
A refundable security deposit is required upon check-in and should be handed to the villa manager. This deposit covers any potential damage or loss during your stay and will be fully refunded at check-out if no issues are found. The exact amount will be communicated in your booking message.
