8 Bathrooms Huge private tropical paradise that features traditional Javanese Joglo-style pavilions, scattered around in a huge garden that is bordered by the emerald rice paddies of Kerobokan. With no less than 8 bedrooms, this holiday haven is designed for large families or groups of friends, wanting to stay somewhere secluded and quiet yet close to the islands most hip and happening tourist destination.
Bedrooms: The villa has eight, generally spacious bedrooms – five are on the property’s northern part, while three others are on the property’s southern portion. In a detached pavilion beside the 20-meter swimming pool is the master bedroom with its very own children’s room. This bedroom has a four-post king-sized bed, twin beds as well as a dedicated bathroom with an indoor stone bathtub and both indoor and outdoor rain showers. Four other bedrooms are in two separate pavilions beside the 15-meter swimming pool. Three of these bedrooms have draped king-sized beds while one other bedroom has draped twin beds. All four bedrooms have dedicated bathrooms with both indoor and outdoor rain showers. On the southern side of the property are three more bedrooms in two stand-alone pavilions. Two of these bedrooms have draped king-sized beds, while one other bedroom has four bunk beds. All three bedrooms have dedicated bathrooms with both indoor and outdoor showers. One of these bathrooms, however, also has an outdoor stone bathtub.
Outodoor Areas: Laid out at the northern part of the property’s expansive garden of well-kept lawn and stone pathways are the villa’s two swimming pools – one is 15 meters in length, while the other is 20 meters long. Dive into their beckoning, glassy waters for brisk, routine laps and some mindless wading. Or, push everyone in for some playful splashing. For a breather, lie on cushioned, wooden pool beds -- partially covered by large umbrellas or out in the sun – on stone decks around both swimming pools. Once it gets too hot, you can retreat to the shade of the furnished bale adjacent to the 20-meter swimming pool. The northern side of the garden is also ideal for barbecue pool parties especially on chilly evenings.
Indoor Areas: Perpendicular to the 20-meter swimming pool is the breezy, spacious and high-ceilinged living pavilion. Forming the living area are cushioned, wooden benches and chairs as well as large couches where you can all converge for moments of family or friendly bonding. On one side of this pavilion is a bar where you can also gather for cocktails or after-dinner drinks. On the other side of this pavilion is a spa room where you can relieve sore muscles with traditional Balinese treatments. Adjoining the living pavilion is the cool, equally spacious and high-ceilinged dining pavilion with a dining area that can accommodate up to 14. Here, you can all have your fill of authentic Balinese specialties – as well as foreign fare – freshly cooked by the onsite chef at the villa’s kitchen behind the dining pavilion.
Villa is based in Kerobokan. A 10-minute drive from the villa will bring you to Seminyak – where all the action is in Bali. Find your way to the Oberoi District’s Eat Street – a foodie strip with casual to fine-dining restaurants. Highly recommended among these are La Lucciola, Mamasan, Metis and Sarong. Amble on and you’ll stumble upon malls, fashion boutiques, novelty shops and souvenir stores. Eventually, you will arrive at Seminyak Beach. Choose a comfortable spot at any of the cozy beach cafes and chill out all afternoon. After dark, experience the dazzling nightlife at hip bars and clubs most especially Ku De Ta.
1. Check-in time is after 2 PM and check-out time is before 11 PM. Early check-in and/or late check-out request is subject to the availability and is subject to an additional charge.
2. Guest is not allowed to remove or modify any furniture or fixtures in the premises, including but not limited to moving, painting, or drilling the walls, without any written permission from us.
3. Guest is solely responsible for their valuables. Please keep all your valuables in the safety box. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings and/or valuables of the guest(s) whether they are in or not in the premises. Please also check your belongings upon departure. We are not responsible for items left behind upon departure, however, we can help to send them to your address with the shipping and handling fees at your cost.
4. We are not responsible for any personal injury, accident, and/or illness of the guest while in the premises.
5. Please turn off the AC, fan, and lamps when you leave for the day.
6. Guest is not allowed to smoke and/or vape in indoor space (bedroom, bathroom, indoor living room, indoor kitchen). Smoking and/or vaping is only allowed at outdoor space. Kindly use ashtrays and rubbish bins to keep the space clean and tidy at all times without any litter, cigarette ash, and/or cigarette butts.
7. Please refrain from making noise past 10 PM. Any special events or occasions are at an additional fee depending on the scale of the event. Neighborhood noise regulations enforced by local Banjar, if you experience any noise disturbance caused by neighbors immediately inform the villa manager, he will contact authorities on your behalf. Please remember that music and construction noise is allowed during the daytime and it is beyond our control.
8. Guest is responsible to refund any damage to the property. Please treat the premises and furniture as if you would your own. The property is to be left in a condition equal to when the guests arrive. Any breakages will be charged based on the replacement value. A charge of USD 25 will be added for lost or stolen keys.
9. Guest should not perform any illegal activities on the premises that violate the local law and/or the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If we observe any suspicious activity on the premises, the police will be informed to perform further investigation. It will also be resulting in immediate eviction of the guest, forfeiture of all amounts paid including the deposit, plus damage fine of IDR 5,000,000,- (five million Rupiah).
10. Please report any dysfunction of the equipment or any other problems immediately directly to villa staff as soon as you detect it. We will send engineering to fix this immediately. Villa manager contacts are provided in your booking confirmation.
11. Keep in mind that some properties are with open-air living rooms and it is located in a traditional village with a tropical climate so don't be surprised by some occasional insects like geckos or mosquitoes, frogs, unusual smells, noise from dogs and roosters, etc. Please inform the villa staff if you need any assistance with those issues.
