Outdoor Area: As you step through the gates, you will be greeted by a mesmerizing landscaped garden that sets the tone for a stay defined by relaxation and luxury. Enjoy a splash in the 48 square meter lap pool, complete with a tanning ledge. With sun loungers beside the pool, you may unwind or hide away in the spacious gazebo with comfortable seating and a stunning view of the rice fields in the distance.
Kitchen & Dining Area: Set in an open floor plan, this area features large windows that showcase stunning pool and rice field views. The dining room provides a chic round wooden table flanked by elegantly simple chairs, inviting intimate meals or lively dinner conversations. Meanwhile, the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and a terrazzo island perfect for gathering, all while overlooking the scenic rice fields.
Living Room: The living room features an eye-catching mural that exemplifies artistic brilliance, providing a refined and luxurious backdrop. The design mixes nature and modernism, by blending the high ceilings accentuated with organic textures, and the large windows which display the beautiful outside. The living area includes a large flat-screen TV, a sofa set, an air conditioner, and a woven carpet.
Master Bedroom: The master bedroom combines serene elegance and functionality, featuring a comfortable living area within its spacious confines, perfect for discerning guests seeking luxury and comfort. The master bedroom is equipped with a 50-inch TV, a three-piece sofa, a rattan table, a safety box, a ceiling fan, air conditioning, and a large indoor cactus plant.
2nd & 3rd Bedroom: Similar to our master bathroom, the other luxuriously appointed bedrooms are designed with the calming purity of white walls and rich textures of wooden furniture. Regardless of the warm weather outside, the guests' comfort will be maintained by using air conditioning and a ceiling fan that is provided in the room. Several amenities in the rooms include a king-size bed, two hanging lamps, 2 bedside tables, a 50-inch TV, a safety box, etc.
Ensuite Bathrooms: The lavish bathroom of our villa offers a freestanding tub that encourages you to relax in luxury while taking in the beautiful scenery of Ubud's rice fields. Modern features, such as an elegant vanity and a rain shower, mix in perfectly with the surrounding scenery to refresh and rejuvenate. The bathroom facilities feature a towel rack, a washbasin and mirror set, a toilet, a shower, and a bathtub.

1. Bee Cafe at Adiwana Bee House: Known for its international cuisine with a picturesque view, open from 7 am to 11 pm.
2. Lembah Ayung Restaurant at Pramana Watu Kurung: Offers a dining experience surrounded by lush green jungle, open from 7 am to 11 pm, emphasizing the use of seasonal produce from neighboring regions.
3. Plumeria at Mansion Wellness: A unique dining place specializing in plant-based, vegetarian, pescatarian, and gluten-free options, open from 9 am to 11 pm.

Potential For Noise
Kindly be informed that there's a building construction nearby, contributing to noticeable noise during the daytime. Apart from this inconvenience, we invite you to enjoy our services and amenities fully and wish you an enjoyable stay here with us.
1. Check-in time is after 3 PM and check-out time is before 11 PM. Early check-in and/or late check-out request is subject to the availability and is subject to an additional charge.
2. Guest is not allowed to remove or modify any furniture or fixtures in the premises, including but not limited to moving, painting, or drilling the walls, without any written permission from us.
3. Guest is solely responsible for their valuables. Please keep all your valuables in the safety box. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings and/or valuables of the guest(s) whether they are in or not in the premises. Please also check your belongings upon departure. We are not responsible for items left behind upon departure, however, we can help to send them to your address with the shipping and handling fees at your cost.
4. We are not responsible for any personal injury, accident, and/or illness of the guest while in the premises.
5. Please turn off the AC, fan, and lamps when you leave for the day.
6. Guest is not allowed to smoke and/or vape in indoor space (bedroom, bathroom, indoor living room, indoor kitchen). Smoking and/or vaping is only allowed at outdoor space. Kindly use ashtrays and rubbish bins to keep the space clean and tidy at all times without any litter, cigarette ash, and/or cigarette butts.
7. Please refrain from making noise past 10 PM. Any special events or occasions are at an additional fee depending on the scale of the event. Neighbourhood noise regulations enforced by local Banjar, if you experience any noise disturbance caused by neighbours immediately inform the villa manager, he will contact authorities on your behalf. Please remember that music and construction noise is allowed during the daytime and it is beyond our control.
8. Guest is responsible to refund any damage to the property. Please treat the premises and furniture as if you would your own. The property is to be left in a condition equal to when the guests arrive. Any breakages will be charged based on the replacement value. A charge of USD 25 will be added for lost or stolen keys.
9. Guest should not perform any illegal activities on the premises that violate the local law and/or the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If we observe any suspicious activity on the premises, the police will be informed to perform further investigation. It will also be resulting in immediate eviction of the guest, forfeiture of all amounts paid including the deposit, plus damage fine of IDR 5,000,000,- (five million Rupiah).
10. Please report any dysfunction of the equipment or any other problems immediately directly to villa staff as soon as you detect it. We will send engineering to fix this immediately. Villa manager contacts are provided in your booking confirmation.
11. Keep in mind that some properties are with open-air living rooms and it is located in a traditional village with a tropical climate so don't be surprised by some occasional insects like geckos or mosquitoes, frogs, unusual smells, noise from dogs and roosters, etc. Please inform the villa staff if you need any assistance with those issues.
