Canggu Beach is popular with surfers and holidaymakers all looking for that perfect summer getaway. Spend an afternoon at the beach soaking up the sun with a cold drink in hand and sand between your toes before visiting a whole host of great cafes, bars and restaurants on your way home to this brand new Loft Villa designed by an international team of architects and interior designers.
Step into Pak Markus’ place and feast your eyes on the terrific modern design of this fantastic space. Its all about innovative solutions and high-quality materials here and you will love the communal spaces on offer and the sleek design of the balconies and living area.
Make yourself a drink and walk through the living room area which has direct access to the pool. Either take a dip to cool down or take a seat on one of the comfy sunbeds available to you. When it’s time for dinner the garden boasts a handy BBQ grill - pick up some fresh ingredients from one of the many supermarkets or local markets nearby and create some traditional Balinese BBQ food or a little something closer to home if you’d prefer.
The loft is clean, comfortable and secure, and offers extras like Netflix if you happen to have a night in. The bars, restaurants and cafes are close but you do have the option to hang out in the loft for the evening. Make or order dinner in. Open a bottle of wine or crack open a beer and watch the sunset from your balcony - this is the Canggu life and Pak Markus’ loft space offers all you need for an unforgettable stay in Bali.

Canggu has a unique vibe. Its a surf and gastronomical paradise, and our lofts are located in the heart of it - Berawa Beach. You will have dozens of awesome cafes and restaurants available within walking range from your home. But the loft itself is located in a quiet alley surrounded by rice fields and tropical forest.

- 1) Keep any valuables in safety box. Guests are solely responsible for their valuables 2) Please turn off the A/C units when you leave for the day. 3) Follow fire safety precautions. 4) Smoking Not Allowed in Bedrooms. Smoking is strictly only permitted outside and you are requested to remove all cigarette butts. 5) No loud music or parties allowed after 10 pm. Any special events or occasions are at an additional fee depending on the scale of event. Neighborhood noise regulations enforced by local banjar, if you experience any noise disturbance caused by neighbors immediately inform villa manager, he will contact authorities on your behalf. Please remember that music and construction noise is allowed during daytime and it is beyond our control. 6) Guests are responsible to refund any damage to the property. Please treat the villa and furniture as if you would your own. The Villa is to be left in a condition equal to when the guests arrive. The guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, or their guests. Any breakages will be charged on a replacement value. 7) Early Check in and Late Check Out is subject to availability and may be subject to extra fees. Please notify us in you want to check in earlier than 2 pm or check out later than noon. 8) If you need to arrange airport drop off please notify us at least 1 day before departure. 9) No Unregistered guests over maximum villa occupancy without extra payment. Non-resident guests are not allowed to stay overnight. additional charge applies to over 10 guests per night. This charge is reduced by 50% for children. 10) Children Playing in the pool are the sole responsibility of their guardian and supervision is required at all times. We are not responsible for any injuries during your stay at our property. 11) Report any dysfunction of the villa equipment or any other problems immediately directly to villa staff as soon as you detect it. Villa manager contacts will be provided in your booking confirmation. 12) Keep in mind that this is property with open air living room and it is located in traditional village a tropical climate so don't be surprised by some occasional insects like geckos or mosquitoes, frogs,unusual smells, noise from dogs and roosters etc. Please inform villa staff if you need any assistance with this issues. 12) Be cool, respect locals and enjoy your stay. You’ll have entire access to the Loft. During the day - if you’re not hitting up Canggu Beach which is only a short walk away - take a seat at the sundeck outside and relax with a cocktail or fresh coconut. Take a dip in the fantastic 18-metre swimming pool to cool down before heading towards the BBQ area where you can eat what you like - go on you’re on holiday after all!
There is, of course, a parking area if you choose to rent a car or scooter - this really is the best way of getting around Canggu.

We are here to make sure your holiday will be smooth and enjoyable!
